Adventure Team with Ma'am Thelma Paloag

It is 7:30 when our instructor told
that we are qualified to join the International Conference to be held at Far
East University – East Asia, Sampaloc Manila. Our team decided to join the
conference and present our game which we entitled “Interactive Psychological
Profiling Game”. Our team members are Jan Miko Marzan – Programmer, Konrad Henrick Berran
– Project Leader, Judelyn Balikid – Designer, Mark Masilungan – Documenter,
John Farnican – Tester and I as a System Analyst. It is Friday morning when our
instructor that our game is accepted on the conference, but our group is not
fully supported by the school. Our team had encounter financial problems so,
Mark Masilungan and Judelyn Balikid didn’t attend the conference. We need to
contribute our own money, because the registration fee is 500 pesos and 1000
for the fair. Our instructor – Thelma Palaog went with us to guide us. The
conference is scheduled on March 29, 2012 at 7:30 am, so we need to travel on
Thursday night. It is Thursday night the schedule of our conference, so we met
at Gate 1 of University of the Cordilleras we are 5 groups to exhibit our
output. We travel at exactly 11:00pm and arrived at Manila around 6am and had a
breakfast at McDonalds. After we finished our breakfast we change our clothes,
because we need to be in our formal attire. We went to FEU and sign up for the
registration at 8am then they gave us the program of the Conference. All of us
went inside their theater and we are all amazed, because their theater is so
big and the environment is amazing. The group of masters in Information
Technology is on the 5th performer on stage. The conference started
with a prayer and sang the FEU Hymn after that the board of members had spoken
with their welcome address. We are amazed on the project of the Holy Angel
University of Tarlac their project is the wheel chair but it is not ordinary
wheel chair, because you can control the wheel chair by using your mind. After
they presented their projects we ate our snacks and transfer at the 5th
floor of the building and task to present our project inside the classroom.
It’s 2pm at the afternoon when we started to exhibit our project. Miko and
Konrad will be the speakers for our project. All of them had a very good game,
because I think they had a good laboratories and intelligent instructors. We
went around the campus of the FEU and we are amazed, because of their MAC Lab
wherein it is full of Macintosh computers. After we had finished roam around we
decided to go home. We departed at around 6pm and stop at Marquee Mall of
Pampanga to have a dinner at Mang Inasal and buy some goods. Final the
adventure is finished and we arrived at 1am at the University of the Cordilleras.
